These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration, international route connections, subscription management, and related client services provided by 75VPN. By visiting the website, creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service, the user confirms that these terms have been read and accepted. If any part is unacceptable, the relevant services should no longer be used.
Service Content and Scope
75VPN provides cross-border network acceleration across 120+ countries and 250+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is designed to improve connection quality across international links and provides route selection, subscription management, and client download access. Route locations, types, and connection methods may change based on network conditions, maintenance plans, and resource allocation.
The service does not guarantee continuous access to any specific website, application, or regional content. Third-party services may independently change regional policies, account rules, interface limits, or content licensing. Such changes are outside 75VPN's control. Users should confirm the conditions of their target services and choose routes according to their actual needs.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, and settings changes made under their account. Accounts and subscriptions are for reasonable use by the account holder only. Reselling, renting, publicly sharing credentials, or otherwise providing the service to third parties in bulk is prohibited.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, but this does not change the requirements against reselling or sharing an account. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading partway through a term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire. After a subscription expires or available traffic is exhausted, the related connection access may be suspended. Users can still sign in to the panel to view account and plan information.
Acceptable Use Requirements
When using 75VPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, as well as the rules of the websites, applications, and platforms they access. The service must not be used for attacks, fraud, infringement, malware distribution, interference with network facilities, unauthorized system access, or other unlawful activities.
Users must not continuously consume shared route resources through automated tasks, abnormal concurrency, malicious scanning, or other means that affect others. Users are responsible for disputes, losses, penalties, or third-party claims arising from their own actions. 75VPN may impose route limits, suspend subscriptions, or take action on an account when reasonably necessary.
Availability and Liability Boundaries
Cross-border connections can be affected by a user's local network, carrier routing, device configuration, target service policies, route maintenance, and uncontrollable network events. 75VPN maintains and adjusts routes according to operating conditions, but does not provide guarantees of availability, fixed speed, or continuous access unless expressly stated in the plan description.
When routine maintenance, emergency adjustments, third-party network failures, device environments, configuration errors, or events beyond reasonable control cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary feature unavailability, 75VPN will respond where feasible. Users should safeguard their account credentials, subscription information, and important business data, and check route status before important tasks.
Account Termination and Refunds
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, share credentials, interfere with route operations, violate acceptable use requirements, or threaten service security, 75VPN may suspend the relevant subscription, restrict access, or terminate the account. Before or after taking action, 75VPN may retain necessary operational and security records according to the nature of the incident. Account termination does not remove responsibilities incurred before termination.
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the relevant account and order can be verified. Refunds outside this scope are handled according to the plan rules shown at checkout and applicable law. Any difference in settlement time caused by payment processing is subject to the actual progress of the relevant payment channel.
Changes and Applicability
75VPN may update these terms when needed because of service adjustments, route changes, compliance requirements, or security management. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Significant changes affecting user rights or obligations will be communicated through available on-site methods. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced under applicable rules, the remaining provisions will remain effective. Questions about accounts, subscriptions, or refunds may be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel; no other contact details are listed here because they are not provided in the fact sheet.
